Urswick remembers HM The Queen

A group of students in our Sixth Form Academy and Year 11 went to St John at Hackney Church to sign the Book of Condolence following the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

Overlooked by the tomb of Christopher Urswick they wrote messages thanking The Queen for her life of service and dedication to duty. Mr Brown, Executive Head, left a message on behalf of the school community.

After a time of silent reflection and prayer students retuned to school and their studies.

The Book of Condolence is open each day during the period of mourning between 11am and 7pm at St John at Hackney Church.
